Knox County Busted Mugshots is an independent reference site. It does not hold official booking records, court files, or custody data. We cannot confirm a person’s status, release anyone, file a document, or make a decision for an agency. The site directs readers toward resources such as the KCSO 24-hour custody view, the inmate population page, and the Criminal Court Clerk.

Some features may direct a visitor to independently operated research tools. Their availability and results are not controlled by this site. A booking entry records an allegation, not a finding of guilt, and court records are the source for a final disposition.

Rules for Use

• Use the site only in a lawful manner.
• Do not use information from the site to stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person.
• Do not use site content for a decision about employment, housing, credit, lending, insurance, or a similar FCRA-covered purpose.
• Do not try to enter restricted systems or bypass site security.
• Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools without written permission.
• Do not interfere with the availability or safe operation of the site for others.

FCRA Restrictions

Knox County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We do not provide consumer reports, credit reports, background reports, or screening services, and neither do advertising partners through this site. You agree not to use information from this site or a linked tool for any purpose covered by the FCRA.

• A hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment decision.
• A tenant, housing, or rental-screening decision.
• A decision about creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing.
• A decision on licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government program.
• Any other use restricted by the FCRA or similar law.

Outside Services

Links may lead to sheriff and corrections pages, court portals, public-record resources, legal-aid information, and third-party search services. For example, TDOC maintains a separate FOIL search for state custody or supervision. A link does not mean we endorse, control, or guarantee that destination. Review the destination’s terms, privacy policy, pricing, and availability before using it.

No Warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty, express or implied, about the following:

• The accuracy, completeness, or current status of any information.
• Uninterrupted access to the site or a linked service.

Custody information and public records can change quickly. Nothing on this site is an official statement by KCSO, a court, TDOC, or another government office. Verify a detail with the office that created or maintains it.
